Let me start this by saying I live in Matteson and I would love to buy in Matteson. However, Hawkinson makes this impossible. In 2018 I was shopping for a Stinger GT2 and I went there first and of cours would love to buy in Matteson. However, Hawkinson makes this impossible. In 2018 I was shopping for a Stinger GT2 and I went there first and of course on the side window was a "gouge" sticker saying they wanted $5000 market adjustment (also know as gouging the consumer) plus a few other nonsense price inflated items. So I go to Bradley Kia and receive a big discount on the the car without packing on any nonsense items. So it was a $54000 sales price for the Stinger which I paid $48000. They lost that sale due to greed. Fast forward to last week> I was looking for a 2021 Sorento X type and of course they wanted $5000 market adjustment (gouge) plus the other nonsense items added into the gouge. Drive to Bradley Kia and got a discount on the car with no added on inflated nonsense items so they lost their 2nd sale in 3 years. Once again I live in Matteson but a can not support someone that would attempt to gouge me 2 times. They lost over $95000 in car sales due to greed. Horrible business practice. More
I located a car from this dealership online and requested a test drive online. I received email after email, asking to approve financing, which I did. Got a phone call from a rep from the dealership the day of my appointment and not a word was ever mentioned that THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD!!! I took an Uber that was a 45 minute car drive (and not cheap), only to arrive and be told that the car was sold on Saturday. Saturday??? I requested all of this info and financing on Sunday. I came in on Tuesday all set to purchase the car. So now I have to take another long Uber home, spending over $100 in Uber fares for absolutely no reason. This is just absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely not be stepping foot in any Kia dealership ever again. They only get one star because at least the staff was nice that I spoke to when I was there. However, at that point, the damage was already done. I'm disgusted with this place. This is no way to do business. More

Will charge you .20 per mile over your mileage. Will talk you into leasing for a rebate even when they know you will be screwed. And engine went dead on my hybrid after 80k.
