HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Spoke with a sales rep multiple times who I was led to believe was at the actual location (not the case) and confirmed pricing on a 2022 Kia Telluride. Went in to look at a 2022 Kia Seltos. MSRP price listed on window sticker, next to it is Hawkinson's price which was almost $5000 more . $2000 of it was a market adjustment, the rest was vin etching, win on window sticker, next to it is Hawkinson's price which was almost $5000 more . $2000 of it was a market adjustment, the rest was vin etching, window tinting, wheel locks etc. Salesman convinces me every dealer is adding the market adjustment due to the car shortage, which seemed feasible. I test drove it and really liked it, however it wasnt the color I wanted. We start talking dollars and he comes back with the manager numbers which now included a $4000 market adjustment . when I pointed this out he quickly scratched through it and wrote 2000 instead. The car I drove was the SX model, I put a deposit down so they could bring me the color I wanted from another dealership. When I get home and read the receipt and papers given to me,I realized they're bringing me the LX model, which is drastically different in features and price. Bait snd seitch. I called Kia in Bradley , told them what happened and drove down same day . Absolutely no market adjustment, no forced add- ons, and they gave me a better price on my trade-in. I love my new Kia Seltos and highly recommend Kia of Bradley. More

I've bought a lot of cars both new and used over the years and this was definitely one of the best buying experiences I've had! In less than twelve hours from initial cell phone contact I was driving o years and this was definitely one of the best buying experiences I've had! In less than twelve hours from initial cell phone contact I was driving out of Hawkinson Kia in my new 2021 Kia Telluride S thanks to working with Internet Manager Rob Salaita. I would add that prior to contacting the dealership, I had done extensive research on the 2021 Telluride to include test driving one, and I knew the trim level I could afford and what features I wanted included on the vehicle. Rob was great to work with and I highly recommend him! I especially appreciated his professional, to the point, no nonsense approach in answering my questions, texting me photos of the vehicle as it had just arrived at the dealership, and helping me set up a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle until I arrived after work at 4:15pm (139 people had already viewed the vehicle on their website!). Upon my arrival I had Rob's undivided attention and we quickly worked out the details of my trade-in and purchase of the new vehicle. I especially appreciated Rob listening when I told him my wife would be arriving from a long day at work and she wanted to be able to co-sign papers and get home to relax. He immediately started working on paperwork, transferring plates, etc. so that when my wife arrived at 5:30pm, we were through finance and out of the dealership by 7:30pm; total time in dealership was three hours, and we would have been out much sooner except there was another couple in finance before us- Wow ! But, my car buying experience with Hawkinson Kia doesn't end with Rob S., as I scheduled a service appointment the following week to have the car's interior/exterior Simonized. That is when I met Assistant Service Manager Rob Garner, who was just as professional and great to work with as Rob S. was! In fact it was hard to pass any employee at the dealership with a Hawkinson shirt on, who did not say hi, or ask if I had been helped. Anyone who has bought as many cars as I have knows that it is always a plus to get your car serviced where you buy it, depending of course on the quality of service. So far, Hawkinson Kia is off to a great start, and I look forward to having my Telluride serviced there for many years to come! Rob B. More
My husband and I loved how easy everything was! Lynette was awesome. She was patient with us while we went back and forth on our down payment several times. Drove an hour for them to tell me that cars.com had listed their Kia carnival for the wrong price. Didn't matter anyway, they had a sticker adding 7,995.00 to each Carnival for things like "wheel locks listed their Kia carnival for the wrong price. Didn't matter anyway, they had a sticker adding 7,995.00 to each Carnival for things like "wheel locks, window tint, and paint protection, things that cost the dealership under 100.00 (I just got out of car sales in 2020). They had several Carnivals listed and magically they were all "accidently mispriced". If you feel like paying 14k more than advertised (yes that really is how far off they were), then this is the place for you! More
