I called the dealership to make sure the car I wanted to look at was available to look at and purchase. It took me about 20-25 minutes to get to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told it was just sold a look at was available to look at and purchase. It took me about 20-25 minutes to get to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told it was just sold and already left the lot. Even if someone bought the vehicle the minute I got off the phone there is no way they could have done the paperwork in 20-25 minutes. This is an unethical practice to get you in the door. I would stay away from this dealer. More

Kia knows their Theta II GDI engines are bad on Optimas, Rios, Sorentos,and Souls from yrs 2011 thru 2016. Brought my 2013 Optima in after my mechanic found 3 leaks in my engine. We have been putting in at Rios, Sorentos,and Souls from yrs 2011 thru 2016. Brought my 2013 Optima in after my mechanic found 3 leaks in my engine. We have been putting in at least a quarter of oil every 400 to 500 miles. Hawkinson charged us 165 for diagnostic test to tell us what we already knew. Service dept. Said I was signing to pay for consumption test if they didnt find a leak. When they found 2 leaks told me I had to pay for oil change and the 165 was for diagnostic test Guy at service desk said no manager was available when we requested one. Husband called 2 times today and no return call. Kia corporate is also horrible. Making customers pay and go thru oil consumption test, when they know the engine is bad. Who on earth is running this business! More
