We went to go look at a used car that they had posted online, and our salesman, Greg was no help. He rolled his eyes when we asked questions, and did not take us seriously. We let them test-drive our car so that they could give us a trade in value. Greg’s boss, Brian, parked our car over the parking barrier, so that when we pulled out to leave, it tore the bumper off of our car. They have refused to admit to this mistake, and will take no responsibility in repairing our car. Brian even said that the owners do not care about our car, and will not pay to have it fixed. With an experience like this, I will never go to this dealer again, and I will certainly never buy a Kia. More
