Service Is Top Notch I've purchased 3 vehicles from Hawkinson Kia over the years, and have always been pleased. There has been quite a bit of turnover since I purchased my I've purchased 3 vehicles from Hawkinson Kia over the years, and have always been pleased. There has been quite a bit of turnover since I purchased my last vehicle there in 2013, which can be expected in that industry. The one constant is the tremendous Service Department that is led by Tim Ward. Tim instills upon his team a customer service mindset that is second to none and greatly appreciated. Akeem is an example of this mindset as he is always very pleasant and customer focused. I always feel like the team in the Service Department are doing their best for me, and am comfortable knowing the charges will be fair and well explained. Keep up the great work Tim, Akeem, and team! At first I felt it was a horrible experience, especially the attitude of the owners nephew. ..BUT then after continuing to go have my car serviced and being greeted and treated so warmly by the staff my feelings soften and I began to have a change of heart! Mr. Hawkison, Randy, ( who's back!! best thing EVER!) , and Tim Ward (service dept.) have always tried to do right by me, so Im grateful for that and now they have a LOT of new staff who are Fabulous. Id definitely refer others there to purchase a new/ used vehicle. I would have given 5 stars, but they ALWAYS, ALWAYS do a horrible job washing my car!!! El'Jaie More
