If I could give 0 stars overall, I would. We have purchased 13 cars for our household over the years and this was the absolute worst experience we've ever had. Lack of communication and deceit are the key highlights of our interactions, ending in the branch not even completing the "WE OWE YOU" form. The car is great but for anyone looking for a Kia - run to another dealership! More
