Went for an oil change and to fix my rear defrost. Sat there for over four hours and all they did was the oil change. Time for a routine oil change was one and a half hours which seems excessive. I took the dealer’s oil change package when I leased the car and was lead to believe that the service would be completed with which seems excessive. I took the dealer’s oil change package when I leased the car and was lead to believe that the service would be completed with a minimum of wait time. Car windows were not washed on a snowy, messy day and the washer fluid was not refilled. These things are done at my local 10 Minute oil change shop as part of their service. I would be better off going there. More

The associates here are awesome. I will say that EVERYONE needs to be trained on the newer models that are being sold and need to be ready to address issues that do occur.
