This dealership is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. The service manager (Petty) is highly disrespectful and lies/manipulate by making a fake promise and issue false diagnostic on my car my entire life. On multiple occasions, my car has been miss diagnosed and still made me pay significant amount of money even after misdiagnosed my car. The only honest person at this location is Ms. Shelly Kennedy who is always attentive and supportive of clients. My bad experience with this location has inspired me to never want to use Kia products again and to write a detailed formative letter to the director of this company with all my evidence/proof. l remain unsatisfied on the answer l received regarding the package l purchased for oil changes and tire rotation. l was not given an agreement and the dealership has not provided the documentation that th the package l purchased for oil changes and tire rotation. l was not given an agreement and the dealership has not provided the documentation that the rotation was no longer included in the offer when l traded the old vehicle in. It’s basically take their word for it and pay for the rotation eventough it was my understanding that it was part of the package. More
