Stopped in to look over the Telluride and Sorento, and left with a bad taste and no vehicle. Was greeted by Kat, and she was kind enough. She was new, and unfortunately, seemed overwhelmed. A simple reque left with a bad taste and no vehicle. Was greeted by Kat, and she was kind enough. She was new, and unfortunately, seemed overwhelmed. A simple request turned into a very long process of Kat physically walking the lots looking for vehicles, finally test driving a couple with trim levels I did not request, and as the customer, I was explaining the features of the vehicles to the sales person. The saving grace was another sales person, Sean, who tried to help. More
