I was initially very pleased with this dealership and my salesperson, Kendall, who was very helpful with the buying process. Once I was off the lot, of course, all of that changed. I was basically forgotten salesperson, Kendall, who was very helpful with the buying process. Once I was off the lot, of course, all of that changed. I was basically forgotten once I signed my loan paperwork. I received several pieces of correspondence from the company I used to finance my trade in saying that my car had NOT been paid off, as was stated in my loan agreement. I am also a month and 16 days past my sales date and I have not received ANYTHING about my loan payment date, my registration, etc, so I called Kendall and he said it was MY responsibility to call them if I had not received anything. I was told that all of my paperwork went to my old address that I have not lived at in a year and a half. They had my license at the time of purchase that had my current address on it. Kendall gave me the phone number of my new finance company then told me of some of his car buying woes. If you want a company and salesperson who stewards you through the entire buying process, this isn't the dealership for you. Won't be back. Won't recommend. More

I had an emergency (blow out)and they got me in right away and put on a new tire. They also checked out the car and put in a new battery as well...it was low and I didn't even realize it needed a new on away and put on a new tire. Let me start off by saying this is a review of the service department not the sales departments (I would give the Sale Department especially CJ Banks 10 stars if I could. I have purchased three cars f service department not the sales departments (I would give the Sale Department especially CJ Banks 10 stars if I could. I have purchased three cars from him and he has always gone to bat for me to get me a good deal. He is honest and every time I see him he still remembers me!). The SERVICE DEPARTMENT however has been an extreme disappointment. The last time I took my 2019 Odyssey in to get a patch on my 17,000 mile tire so many things went wrong. 1) the car would not start when they went to take it in for service. They did not call me and tell me this, instead they just replaced my battery (which was under warranty because it was a month old). 2) When I called to check on the status of my car, they did not tell me about the battery and had not even checked the tire (4 hours after my appointment). 3) Then they tell my husband the tires were low but nothing was wrong with them. When he tells them it has a slow leak then they apparently put it on the lift and see it has metal in it...which they cannot patch because it is too close to the tread. 4) I speak to the service technician because this is the SECOND time I have replaced the battery in my van with 17,000 miles on it and she says we cannot find anything wrong with the electronics...must have been a fluke...is it a fluke after I already replaced the original battery just have a year? All that to say....STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE. More
