As far as the new sales person and the sale manager were very nice, the finance person was unprofessional. Instead of speaking with me at a table that did not have 2 other customers (that I did not know) a very nice, the finance person was unprofessional. Instead of speaking with me at a table that did not have 2 other customers (that I did not know) about my personal finances he shows me on a piece of paper, that he had scribble my monthly amount with a 60 month plan and that was it at the end of the 60 months 10,000 dollars over the asking price! When I stated that was more then I wanted to pay, he stated something about he could not find where I had financed a car in over 10 years. Which was corrected because my last vehicle I had paid cash. I also informed him that I had just purchased a home last month. So, he said to oh let me check something, left me sitting there and then the next thing I knew my sales person was bring me back my car keys. The finance person never gave me an explanation of the decision, never asked me can we come to a middle ground nothing. Wow is it because I am a Army Vet, a woman and a person of color??????? He needs customer service training. When I do decide to purchase a car it won’t be from this dealership and oh I will go to my credit union so i won’t have to deal with another financial person like him ever! Oh by the way I get a retirement check and social security and long with payment on a rental property so I could afford the offer, but why should I pay the black price when I want the white price! More

On 6/11/2022 I purchased a 2018 Nissan Truck from your dealership. Yes the truck is a few years old but I asked for it to be detailed. I told the salesperson I wanted it to to be wax a buffing wax not wha dealership. Yes the truck is a few years old but I asked for it to be detailed. I told the salesperson I wanted it to to be wax a buffing wax not what he called speed wax. Did that happen NO! I mean when someone buys vehicle for your dealership you could clean off the floor mats so that the dried-on mud is gone. Not only that got to drive it to work this morning just to find out the tires need to be balanced and it drifts somewhat to the right so it will need an alignment the to find out at the end that one of the key fobs is missing, but we should also have been told there was only one because I would have had that part of the deal. Someone buying a car from a dealership should not have to turn around and have to spend close to $1,000.00 for things the dealer should have already done. We did not ask for anything off the price. We could have gotten a nice clean truck I would have expected more from a dealership like Gerald Jones. Its sad that a dealership like Jones would act like fly by night dealership sad. I would appreciate it have the problem fixed. As I am sure you can appreciate. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. More
