They charged my card they sold the car to another buyer I bought the car, gave my card that was charged, I paid for the shipping with a shipping company. I called 3 hours later, I was shocked to hear them s I bought the car, gave my card that was charged, I paid for the shipping with a shipping company. I called 3 hours later, I was shocked to hear them say the car was sold. I asked to talk to the manager, as I thought when you pay and the card is charged, the car was mine, the manager didn't care. So I am out the shipping money, my money was held as it takes 7 days to be reported in my account. Very bad experience, very bad customer service. Please avoid, there are many other car dealership More

Bobby understood my situation and did everything in his power to help me out. Now I have a truck that is 2yrs newer, a lower payment, and way lower interest rate. Although I did give Bobby a hard time by telling him I would not purchase the truck unless he switched the wheels, and he made sure I had a different set of wheels on it before I signed any paperwork. Also out of all the 6 vehicles I've purchased before, this experience was the best and by far the fastest. I was in and out within a few hours. More

Good Service! I was searching for cars online one night over Christmas break and saw the one I had to have. I called the day after Christmas and spoke with Bobby M I was searching for cars online one night over Christmas break and saw the one I had to have. I called the day after Christmas and spoke with Bobby Mixon. To my delight he said the car was still available and I could come to test it out that day. I drove one and half hours to Augusta and the drive was worth it! The staff was great and very helpful. I drove the car and went straight into negotiations when I got back. They worked with me and we came to and an agreement, after a few signatures the keys were mine. I drove away in a new white 2015 Mustang that afternoon. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. A big PLUS is this dealership offers a lifetime (as long as I own the car) power train warranty as long as I have it services there.
