I have been considering purchasing a new Ford truck to compliment our 2014 Mustang that was purchased from Bobby Jones Ford (now) Gerald Jones Ford. I decided to contact our sales man Lou Smalls. What I like about Lou is that he gets straight to the point in inquiring about what he can do so that at the end of the conversation he can have the keys ready for a possible test drive and a out the door price quote on what you are looking for. As always we never feel pressured by Lou to make a purchase. He always says with a smile "I am here for you baby". He is a true professional and is always about taking care of customers. Excellent low pressure sale I went to the dealership at lunch and me Eddie Walden to look at a new F150, ended up test driving one during my lunch hour. We talked for a bit and I I went to the dealership at lunch and me Eddie Walden to look at a new F150, ended up test driving one during my lunch hour. We talked for a bit and I headed back to work. I talked with my wife after the test drive and told her my thoughts, she was a bit apprehensive. I sent Eddie a text and he asked me if I wanted to take the vehicle for the weekend so my wife could really get a feel for the vehicle. I picked it up Friday evening and by Saturday afternoon we had made a decision to get the truck. I called Eddie and told him I don't do the back and forth with pricing, just give me their best price and as long as it met other offers I had researched I would purchase. I had my own financing already arranged. The offer they gave me was very good and the trade allowed on my 2013 F250 was adequate as well. I was very pleased with the entire transaction and professionalism Eddie gave to me. I would recommend him as a Sales agent to anyone I know. More

Defin:Incompetence: inability to do something successfully. Dishonest staff! Failed to hand contract info. to new customer Failed to put drive off temp. tag on vehicle Lied about title being sent to DMV Li Dishonest staff! Failed to hand contract info. to new customer Failed to put drive off temp. tag on vehicle Lied about title being sent to DMV Lied about saying it was because the name change of business to Gerald Jones Failed to have us fill out the military form required since 2013 for ad valorem taxes paid Title person would not return phone calls due to HER mistake!! They issued someone else our VIN number. Funded Feb. 1st and wrong title info. sent Feb.11th. Bought New Lincoln MKC Jan. 4th, 2016 and it is just now eligible for registration at the DMV as of today 2/24/16. Is Jay a likable guy? Yes. Does he have integrity? No Does he follow through with what he says? No. Did he lie multiple times to his customers? Yes As far as the design of the Lincoln MKC---top notch However, I will NEVER recommend this dealership to family or friends, or the military. More
