Need a Hyundai? Brenden Hurd is the person to see! I was searching for a Hyundai certified (2013 Hyundai Accent 5DR HB Auto GS Hatchback) for my son to purchase. After doing some internet searches, one I was searching for a Hyundai certified (2013 Hyundai Accent 5DR HB Auto GS Hatchback) for my son to purchase. After doing some internet searches, one came up for sale by Gerald Hyundai of North Aurora, IL. I read the Carfax report & liked the miles & that it was listed as Hyundai certified. I hit the “get Gerald’s E-Price” button and received an instant email back from Brenden Hurd, sales consultant. About an hour before we were ready to leave to see this car, Brenden called and described an issue with the front bumper. Brenden explained the situation clearly to us and provided pictures of the issue. We worked with him to have this issue resolved prior to leaving to go to the Gerald’s Hyundai. Brenden was responsive and provided all the help we needed to set up a visit to test drive and inspect this car. Brenden was not a pushy sales person and let my son and I alone to inspect the car for over an hour. He even let us do a test drive by ourselves, which is the first time I have experienced that from a dealership. I have bought Hyundai certified vehicles from other dealerships and this was the best and most honest experience I have had from any dealership. Prior to this sale, I was bringing my Hyundai certified car to Gerald’s service department, which is great also. If you are in the market for a used Hyundai, a certified used Hyundai or a brand new Hyundai, Brenden is the person to see! More
