HORRIBLE SALESMAN TALK TO ME LIKE I WAS A LOSER THIS GUY MIKE VETO NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE, TREATED MY HUSBAND AND I LIKE CRAP LOOKED DOWN ON US HE ASKED IF HAD MONEY DOWN SAID NO TRAD THIS GUY MIKE VETO NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE, TREATED MY HUSBAND AND I LIKE CRAP LOOKED DOWN ON US HE ASKED IF HAD MONEY DOWN SAID NO TRADE IN HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE CAR AND OR DIDN'T US ANYTHING OFF THE CAR ALL HE WAS CONCERENED WAS TO PULL CREDIT AND APPLICATION , HE KEPT GOING ON AND ON ABOUT THE DOWN PAYMENT HE ASKED 5 TIMES IF I HAD MONEY DOWN TOLD HIM I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A CAR AND TEST A CAR OUT FIRST HE EGNORED ME, THEN MY HUSBAND SAID LETS GO HE TOLD THE SALESMAN OFF SAID TO THE SALESMAN THAT I TOLD HIM SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE A TRADE IN NO MONEY DOWN SALESMAN MIKE VETO STATES HE WASN'T FINISHED MY HUSBAND SAID YES WE ARE HE SAID WELL I AM TALKING TO YOUR WIFE NOT YOU I WALKED OUT AS WELL RIGHT BEHIND MY HUSBAND HE WAS A ROYAL JERK SO WE WENT TO NAPLETON HYAUNDAI AND I HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE GOT A BRAND NEW CAR AND THEY TOOK MY OLD CAR IS WHAT I WANTED THEY DIDN'T JUDGE ME THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT THE SALESMAN MIKE VETO DID TO US. SO A BAD SALESMAN TO A GREAT SALESMAN WHO LISTENED TO ME AND KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN TO GERALD HYAUNDAI IN NORTH AURORA IL BECAUSE OF MIKE VETO NEEDS TO HAVE A FUNNY PERSONALITY AS WELL, AND NEEDS PEOPLE SKILLS ( WASN'T EVEN ABLE TO LOOK AROUND TO SEE WHAT CAR I WANTED ALL HE CARED ABOUT IS PULLING CREDIT AND APPLICATION ONLY) More

New Salesman needs more Supervision Nice guy, Justin, but so inexperienced he shouldn't have been doing a sale solo. How could a manager be comfortable with putting him on the floor al Nice guy, Justin, but so inexperienced he shouldn't have been doing a sale solo. How could a manager be comfortable with putting him on the floor alone? There was so much jumping up and "checking with my manager", which took too long. Thankfully, WE knew not to sign a sales contract with NO FIGURES ON IT !!!! (The manager was busy, and it would save time if we signed and had the mgr fill in figures when he wasn't busy !!!!!) This IS NOT Justin's fault, it signifies NO training from the dealership. Where is your training program ??? This is all the fault of management, here. More

Staff We had a warm welcome from Gilbert when we first drove in. We were only looking when we decided to drive to Aurora to look at cars. We new we wanted We had a warm welcome from Gilbert when we first drove in. We were only looking when we decided to drive to Aurora to look at cars. We new we wanted a SUV but not sure what size. The Black Tucson was the first car we noticed up front and it caught our eye. Our main concern in determining a vehicle to purchase was if my walker would fit easily in the rear of the vehicle. We were afraid that the smaller SUV would not be wide enough, but to our surprise the walker fit perfectly in the rear of the Tucson. That sold us and with its excellent warranty and helpful staff we went ahead and purchased that vehicle that night. More
