After purchase, noticed engine revving on an approximate 30 second interval and 6-7 mpg drop mileage. Car wasn't doing it when I brought it in, told to return when it was. So, a few weeks later I did. Had to check-in and wait for a service technician to explain that when the defrost is on, the AC condenser kicks in, which is what I was hearing. Front desk service personnel should have been able to answer that question since it is a standard operating design on their vehicles and I'm sure I'm not the first customer to ask, as after reading the owner's manual front to back, this condition is highlighted. Complimentary car wash is poor. Unless you don't mind driving around in a car with huge blotches of dirt where they missed. $140 accessory floor mats require cutting a hole in the floor carpet and parts to hold in place. Mats for rear don't fit correctly. Mats do not hold water from snow melt well. Better off getting mats elsewhere. Warranty is only three year, 36,000 mile so you almost have to purchase some type of extension package, which they nail you on in the finance office, instead of on the sales floor. More

I was upset to learn that my accord with 18,000 miles needed rear brakes already. I know it wasn't the dealers fault that Honda had a poor rear brake pad. Our service advisor Rick took the time and sat down with us and explained why it happened and what he was going to do to fix it. All the years i have had Honda's and gone to other dealers i have never had any one seem like they really cared that i was upset and really make an effort to listen the way he did and work to fix it. I had to pay $300 to repair the rear brakes but it was worth it. Rick made sure i had extra copies of the paper work for the class action suit when i was there to pick up the car. He also took the time to show me how to fillout the form for it. Planet Honda will have me comming back there from now on. Thanks again for the great service. More

From the moment I called Planet Honda, I knew this would be a different experience. The gal on the phone told me exactly what to expect when I brought my van in, in the morning. Rick, in service, greeted me and listened. Let me repeat -- HE LISTENED. He then explained everything to me. He called a few times within the same day to explain what was going on. He was truly on my side. I cannot say enough nice things. Amazing experience and if/when we buy another Honda....it will be from Planet Honda. More

He was very nice,and he explained everything that he was doing to my car/inspection. I want planet honda to know how helpful,an kind Rick Maack was in explaining different things about my honda civic. I bought this car in october2009. I had a minoe issue about my battery in my car. Rick macck was very patient,and helpful. In all my years of having a car- I have never gotten this kind of service from any car dealer.He help me understand the importance of getting the schedule maintance done,and to take care of my care. I think honda should have service classes for women-so we can hae a better understanding about the car we drive,and how to maintain our car. I wil always bring my car to plane honda regardless of how far it is from my house. Please tell Rick Maack I said than you,again. I truly appreciated his time for helping me learn about my car. Basically we went in to look one vehicle and ended buying another. The dealer to the change in stride and worked with on the new vehicle. In the end we got the car and the price that we wanted. We were at the dealer well past closing time but no one rushed us into a decision they allowed us to take our time so that we were happy with the sale. The salesman was very flexible in working with us on our choices. Now the business manager she was sick but that did not stop her from provided great service and working with us on the final package. All I can say is the whole experience was as good as it gets when buying a car. More

I was very please with Tom Hayden and the other employees at Planet. It's the 6th Honda I have gotten there. Tom was terrific, very patient and very organized.
