A few weeks ago while in having that car washed I took a test drive of the just arrived 2016 & ended up upgrading to it. Same sales person, Tom Hayden, for both did a great job, thorough, professional & knowledgeable. Was completely pleased with the '13 & even more so far with the '16. Old fashioned car-buying tactics My husband and I were looking to buy a CRV and we went to Planet Honda to learn about the vehicle and possibly test drive it. We told the salesperson My husband and I were looking to buy a CRV and we went to Planet Honda to learn about the vehicle and possibly test drive it. We told the salesperson that we were just looking. He took time with us nevertheless showing us features of the car and what was available. We thanked him and he asked if he could get our information for future reference. When we had finished, the two of us got up to leave and the salesperson asked if we would speak to his manager who questioned why we would come in and take their time if we weren't planning to buy that day. When we got up to leave again, he sent his manager. I finally walked out and my husband told the salesperson he had lost the sale. We would never be back. We felt as though they used the tactics to lock the doors until we agreed to buy a car that day from them. It soured our taste for this organization. More

Best Price and customer experience I have ever had Let me start by saying that this place is chaotic and I have only dealt with friendly Fred but I have bought 2 Hondas here in the last 2 years and wil Let me start by saying that this place is chaotic and I have only dealt with friendly Fred but I have bought 2 Hondas here in the last 2 years and will buy again soon. Fred is not slick. He is an honest guy and always tries to do the right thing for his customers. Tracy in Finance is no B.S. and does her best to get you home and on the road fast. The add on warranty here is a great value and I have no problem purchasing it from these guys. Best of all they do not have their customers sign a mandatory binding arbitration clause in their purchase contract. If you dont know what that is, Google it. It is a very shady clause most people don't even know they signed that waives their legal rights as a consumer after purchasing a car. Any disputes must be settled out of court with an arbitrator and no courts or lawyers can be involved. Anyway, they don't do that here and that is the icing on the cake. We love Friendly Fred. I will buy all my Hondas from him from now on. More

Decent Experience Went at Closing on a Friday Night to look at used Buick LaCrosse priced at $18,244, and left w/o purchasing it but got the price down to $17,900 which Went at Closing on a Friday Night to look at used Buick LaCrosse priced at $18,244, and left w/o purchasing it but got the price down to $17,900 which i wasn't pleased with. Came back the next day and spoke to Seymour with the inteniton on negotiating a much lower Sales Price and Buying the Car without wasting too much time. 2 hours into the process, he finally took My offer of $16900 intothe sales manager office only to return with a counter offer of $17,800 written on a piece of paper. I re-countered and wrote FINAL OFFER- $17,200 and we agreed on that price. The vehicle is valued at $20k, so, i didn't get a bad deal. I was pleased with Seymour's sales ability and personality. He got the car filled up, washed, waxed, and plates changed and i was ready to go after about 3 & 1/2 - 4 hours. More
