They ignored by phone calls and lied when I came in person to get my issues addressed. They added services I specifically refused to my contract. Like most dealerships they prey on those that are less educated in the car business. Contact Illinois Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Do not let them get away with being unprofessional and falsifying documentation. They intentionally made me wait hours to speak with the GM about my complaint. The worst part is they are unprofessional. The way they spoke to me as a customer who purchased a car is appalling. I am disgusted with the lack of service and respect. More

Great Sales Consultant and Finance Dept. Moudi, was my sales consultant. He was the absolute best ! Unlike any other salesman I've come into contact with along my journey of looking for a Moudi, was my sales consultant. He was the absolute best ! Unlike any other salesman I've come into contact with along my journey of looking for a new SUV. His energy level was inviting, and made you want to just hang out with him, yet, he was very professional. He made the process quick, easy and affordable for me. He was not overbearing or insulting to me because I was by myself and a female. With other car dealers I visited that weekend, I actually walked out due to insulting car dealership games, and number playing. But with Moudi, he was straightforward from beginning to end. It was great and quite refreshing. I definitely recommend you ask for Moudi at this Honda Dealership in Matteson, he's The Absolute Best!! Oh, and the young guy in the Finance Department -Ash, He was able to beat my Credit Union's deal and gave me a much better deal. I had the " A " Team that day!! Thanks Moudi and Ash, Nicki More

They're somewhat deceptive in their tactics and quite honestly their service isn't that great. Had to go to a different dealer to get it fixed right on a brand new car. I would just stay away. More
One and Done I purchased a new Accord in May 2016. The sales experience was fine with little problem. On December 27, I brought my car in for it' first service. I received a service date and time confirmation by email. The confirmation listed the recommended service including an oil change, tire rotation and fluid check with an estimated cost of $29.95. When I arrived, I was informed that the service would cost $79.95 and that the tire rotation alone cost $39.95. I questioned the quoted "estimated" cost stated in my service confirmation. The sales manager kept asking me for a coupon. I did not have a coupon but I did have the confirmation. After much wrangling, the manager honored the "estimated" cost from my email. I was told that the service would take around 90 minutes. I provided my cell number and asked that I be called when the service was completed. I never received a call and returned some time later to get my car. While driving home, the tire pressure sensors turned on indicating possible low tire pressure. I turned around to return to Planet Honda. On the way, I pulled over and checked the sensor settings and found that the settings were never recalibrate after the tire rotation. Luckily, I knew how to reset the calibration settings. To make a long story short, I would not advise any Honda owner to use the service department at Planet Honda. They utilize deceitful pricing tactics and are negligent in completing work in a satisfactory manner. More

But I recently bought a new 2016 Honda CR-V through an online sales consultant Jessica N. she was wonderful and emailed me back w/n 24 hours and was very patient and informative with my phone calls and questions. I had a great experience when I went into the store Ash the sales consultant took very good care of me and my significant other. Jessica gave me an out-the-door price and within 5 minutes of me walking in they had paperwork printed that matched my online quote with Jessica's. John handled financing and was very thorough throughout the process and explained every step of the way. Overall, it was a great experience to purchase a new car. Not to mention the PRICE was definitely right and the best quote I could find in Illinois. No dealership would come down from in price by a penny. More

I thin they only sell cars to people that have bad credit, are too stupid to understand simple strategy or want the car so bad, they don't care what they pay. We went in on a Friday night to test drive. The salesman kept trying to get us to buy the CR-V we were test driving. The salesman, Moudi, made up some story that for every car they sell before 6:00pm, Honda will send them two cars in return for the one sale. Luck y for us, it was 5:30. That didn't work, I don't care how many cars they get. Not that I believed the idiot anyway. Then he offered a value for our trade, unseen. I said he was too low, not even close to KBB, but we would bring the car back to have it looked at. We already knew the KBB value, but when we went in the next day, they looked at it and told us it was worth about 2500 less than they offered us, but since they already offered us that, they would give it to us. Then they showed us a KBB estimate with a different model of our car. We had the best and they showed us entry level. I refused the deal and asked for my keys, then the "sales manager" comes over and tries to sell us on putting a few thousand down to get us to the price we want to be at. Really, if we are at $30,000 and I give you $5,000 you will sell me the car for $25,000. More
