Turned in a leased vehicle in November 2019, was hustled into a new lease. Paid a mileage overage fee that was never forwarded to the finance company. The finance manager Ash and general manager Vasko both acknowledged the error and said they would make good on it. "A glitch in the ownership transition," they said. Never did correct, and stopped returning calls and e-mails. When I showed up to see him, Vasko blamed the previous owner, Planet Honda. When I contacted them was very rudely told that it was Vasko and Gerald's mistake. Neither of them can locate the paperwork. Obviously someone embezzled the payment during the ownership change and ditched the records. Worst, most dishonest customer service we have ever experienced, and now, we, who have spotless credit record, are disputing the debt with a collection agency. We have been Honda customers for 30 years, but no more. More
Extremely Shady Business Tactics My son came in to Planet Honda to purchase a used car. He told them up front that he had no credit and short time on the job but needed a vehicle. the My son came in to Planet Honda to purchase a used car. He told them up front that he had no credit and short time on the job but needed a vehicle. the sales person says "no problem" we specialize in situations like that. They first offered him a 2015 with high mileage and stated the note would be over $700.00 dollars a month. My son stated that he couldn't pay that much. They called in another sales man and he said he could get it down to $650.00, my son said that was still too much. Another salesman comes in "oh we can get it to $575.00", but he needs a bigger down payment, No my son says. Now, here comes the other two tag teams shady sales people "Ok, we can get it down to $500.00 but you have to get a bigger down payment and a co-signer. So, my son calls me to come in. When I arrived and after they run my credit, they said he had agreed to pay $594 for a 2015 Hyundai which my son stated he didn't agree to any price. I tell my son let's go somewhere else, as he had been pre-approved , and had a car picked out at the local Chevy dealer. Yet another salesman comes over and goes wait! we got the the car down to $400.00 which is in the ballpark of what your son wanted at first and this is our final offer. My son says Ok for the sake of time, I'll go with that. I say Ok. These what I'll term sleazebags had 2 different contracts because I looked in the folder when the other saleswoman left. I say to my son. this is not even the car or the interest rate that you asked for and they certainly didn't say this was the interest rate they were charging you. I tell my son lets go. By this time the sales manager runs after us. "Oh wait there's a misunderstanding. We weren't going to charge you this or that. We go back and forth. I tell my son I don't feel comfortable here as this seems to be the sleaziest car place I've ever dealt with. We leave. As we were leaving the general manager in the office calls the guy for our file. He looks at us and gets on the phone. After that, we went the next week to look at other vehicles. Now mind you my son had been approved at another major dealership, but I had to work, so I couldn't be there to look over the contract. This is why he went to a closer place to my job Planet Honda so that I could come and make sure everything was right. To date, my son has been blacklisted from all dealerships, even the one he was approved at before. Planet Honda has on my son's credit that he was turned down from buying a 2017 Honda even though they NEVER showed him a HONDA! The other dealerships won't let me even co-sign for him as I've done with all my other kids, I have good credit and these other dealerships will say "oh you are carrying too much credit. We can't help you. I ended up just paying cash for my son a car because of all the problems Planet caused! So, I believe these EVIL people at Planet Honda Blacklisted my son with all the banks because he wouldn't go for their shady tactics. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP! IN MY OPINION THEY ARE FIRST CLASS CROOKS AND SLEAZEBAGS! you've been warned! More

Sold me a lemon If I could give no stars I would! I have had the worse experience with this dealership since I purchased my car back in November. My sales rep name was Kenny Jordan @ first I thought he had put me in a great car. He was very aware what I was looking for and knew the ends and outs of everything. When I was introduced to my vehicle nice body great interior drove pretty good for a used low mileage car but I still had some concerns. When I pointed out my concerns with the vehicle I was told to give tha car a week to see if my concerns went away. I gave it two weeks when I had pretty much told them I was going to take the car back. It took two weeks before anybody took a look @ the vehicle which was the used car manager Pete! What I thought by being introduced to him I believed he was going to fix my issues. He pretty much didn’t my car had been in and out tha dealership from Honda and GMC since NOV 19th up until March for the same issues. Remind you I purchased my car NOV 7th. Currently my issues still remain the same since day one. Instead of Pete trying to figure out the problem with the vehicle he now wants to blame my ongoing issues are do to more miles that’s been added on my vehicle when it’s the same issues since I’ve purchased my vehicle and they are still not fix! Basically they don’t care about their customers they pretty much placed me in a lemon and they don’t want to be held accountable. Here it is my car shuts off on me while I’m @ a stop and it happens multiple times a day. My check engine light comes on and off my RMP throttles while I’m @ a stop or when I’m driving It shoots out codes on my dashboard that flashes about service traction, esc or esc off etc.... here it is I still have to pay a carnote for a vehicle Tht hasn’t even been in my possession for a long period of time. Not to mention I have videos that I recorded from my car doing everything I stated and paperwork since Nov up until now! Not only is Pete rude and inconsiderate but my service advisor that had been dealing with me since I’ve been having issues has been lazy and is never a help @ all! Pete’s secretary Sarah was more attentive to my problems then he was. Overall I would never suggest anyone to purchase a used vehicle from them @ all! Bad customer service! More

Told me he didn’t care what the banks said and said he did not want to bring down my interest rate because he did not want to! I was extremely upset since it was my sisters first car for her sweet 16. Been coming here to get my maintenance done for over 3 years. Everyone here just wants to rip you off. If you’re coming in for a car, be sure to understand what you’re getting yourself into. Even with a 700+ credit score and over 2 cars paid off, they’ll still try to screw you over. More
