We had very friendly and cooperative working relations with the sales staff (Ahmet Se zer) and another one from the service dept. who had worked with us for overd 15 years & had recommended the sales repr with the sales staff (Ahmet Se zer) and another one from the service dept. who had worked with us for overd 15 years & had recommended the sales representative who finally did work out the final price. Since the color was not available then, the sales personnel found the color, got the car, got it ready and then we worked with the Business dept. official, Mike Manns, and worked out the final contractual arrangements, documents and eventually delivery of the car.
