This is the first review I've ever given, but the experience I have had with Continental Honda in Countryside is beyond what I had expected from a dealership. Justin N., the salesperson that helped experience I have had with Continental Honda in Countryside is beyond what I had expected from a dealership. Justin N., the salesperson that helped me make the decision to buy the Accord, was there for me last November and has been there for me since. A lot of changes have taken place since my last car, which was a 1998 Toyota Avalon. Justin has been great bringing me into the 21st century. He always has time for me, even after all these months. The experience I had when bringing my car in for an oil change and tire rotation was also great. Joe M. was the service advisor who was pleasant and again had time for more questions. I would have no trouble recommending this dealership to my friends, and I have. They're above my expectations!!!!!!! More

We just bought a CRV and traveled over 25 miles to get there. Justin did an awesome job in answering all of our questions going over the car and being patient with as as we had him review the blue tooth,I there. Ended up purchasing a new accord. Jim ladonckus was the first car salesman I have ever encountered that was actually up front and honest (no bsing that you normally get from car salesmen). Felt 100% comfortable with every bit of the transaction. Brought my 2012 accord in 1 time. That was to trade it in for the 2013 accord. What a pleasure it was to do business with Ahmet Sezer and Mike Chow at Continental Honda. I simply drove by to take a look at the new colors which the CRV was offering for 2014 and was greeted in the par and Mike Chow at Continental Honda. I simply drove by to take a look at the new colors which the CRV was offering for 2014 and was greeted in the parking lot by Ahmet, who noticed that I was looking at a used car similar to the CRV I own now. I fell in love with the 2010 on the spot and went inside to talk about it a little more. The next day I, went back for test drive, took the car to my mechanic and got a thumbs up from him, so I knew this car was for me. The next day I was back to trade in my 2003 for a 2010 in my favorite color and had a great time with the staff in the process. Ahmet took pictures of my with my old and 'new' car and the whole staff took an interest in me personally and I was greeted and got their full attention the 3 days in a row I was in there. I never felt pressure at any point and was impressed by Ahmet's easy going style and the entire process was a complete pleasure from beginning to end. I would definitely do business with Continental Honda in the future - - but not too soon, as I am enjoying my 'new' car too much and hope to have it a long time! Thanks again, guys. More
