KUDOS Continental Honda A little over 3 weeks ago my 2004 Honda Accord was rear ended and due to the extensive damage, the insurance company deemed it as a total loss. I was A little over 3 weeks ago my 2004 Honda Accord was rear ended and due to the extensive damage, the insurance company deemed it as a total loss. I was devastated. I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to find another older used car that I could pay for all upfront, or to find a newer used car that would require payments. All I knew is that I wanted a Honda - I decided to go to Continental Honda to at least take a look. I was introduced to Matt K. and let him know the upfront the budget I was looking to stay within. He was able to show me 2 sound, quality cars right away and worked very hard to adjust the price to what I was asking for but not being 100% on purchasing an older vehicle, I decided to walk away. The very next day, Matt called and emailed me to follow up and let me know they were willing to work with me on the prices more if that is what I needed. I took the weekend to think on it, then ultimately decided that I wanted to invest on an newer (used) Honda. I contacted him back and explained what my adjusted budget was, and what I was looking for in a car. He said he would put together some options for me, and when I returned to the Dealership on Monday he was able to help set me up with a wonderful 2012 Honda Civic - I could not be happier! It is very obvious that Continental Honda values providing Quality Customer Service and employing knowledgeable and courteous professionals. I had a excellent experience buying my car and Matt K. did an amazing job helping me through the decision and purchase process.
