For these reasons, I didn't give the dealership an excellent rating. Rich Jaeger, the sales associate who served us, did an excellent job. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions, took the time to show us the various options (trims and colors) and provided a complete walk-through of the operations of the main interior features after the sales transaction had been completed. From my initial call through the moment we drove away from the dealership in our new vehicle, Rich was excellent at every step. More

He answered all questions and only once said he had to talk to his manager but did not disappear for a long time. (As we all know by now the talk with the manager is just a way to leave customers stewing about the potential acceptance of their offer.) When we first walked in a different salesperson approached us and when we said we were just looking he asked us to sit down with him. Really? Obviously trying to establish control. We moved on and were fortunate enough to wind up with Saul when we were ready to talk. The only bad experience we had was when we brought the car in a couple of days later because of a glitch with the automatic locks. Like beauracrats in a government office, the reps there all made a point of not acknowledging us while they talked on the phone, and when one of them finally finished his call, he took a good ten minutes making copies and shuffling papers around. He did not even acknowledge us until I picked up one of his business cards. He probably knew from experience that I wanted his name so I could complain. Hesitant to get a working person int trouble, I complained to the manager but did not name the rep, He already knew who it was, which tells me that they are aware of such behavior. I suggested to the manager that they install a number system so that customers could sit and be called as a rep became available. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful, however. More
