Frank did not pressure us excessively (it is there job to pressure a little I suppose) and although he couldn't sell us our first pick for the price we wanted, he recommended another color in the same model which he was able to work with more. Milan in Financing was very thorough in explaining our options and pricing. Even though we chose not to buy the extended warranty, he was not pushing about it. Overall, a good experience. We were able to make the whole deal happen in about 4 hours with a 1 year old with us! I would go to this dealership and to Frank again before going to Honda in Oak Lawn or Orland Park. More
