Ease and a Gentle Smile I was in an accident one morning which totaled my baby blue pride and joy.... formally known as a car. It was imperative that I find alternate transportation before the end of the day. I stopped in at George White to see what was available, having bought a vehicle from there once before, and I spotted a used 2014 (also baby blue) Impala that I really connected with. My experience there included: Mark Bathie, who was very pleasant and helpful in expediting the whole process of purchasing a new car; Larry Scheffler, who had us financed and all buttoned up in no time; and a couple of mechanics that worked there who had kind smiles for me when they walked by (which I very much needed). As there was no manual with the car, Mark explained all of the bells and whistles but I realized later that I couldn't remember some of what he said. I returned two days later to see if he could help me get a manual ordered and found out that he had already taken it upon himself to do that for me! I was very grateful for the ease in which all of this happened, as I was still in somewhat of a state of shock, but I never felt like I was being taken advantage of in light of my circumstances. Thank you to George White Chevrolet and it's employees for displaying a much desired and appreciated side of humanity in my time of need. More

Trying to get there I’m 2 months into owning my Impala and I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with it. There were a few things the dealership could have done I’m 2 months into owning my Impala and I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with it. There were a few things the dealership could have done better. Two days after bringing it home I discovered an oil leak and after checking it out they didn’t tighten the drain plug,then I had to replace the battery and the shop checked my tires and found that they were overinflated to 45lbs. Both small things but when you have the shop check out the vehicle before a sale they should catch that. I’m hoping the best as I really do like the vehicle. The click sign and drive is very nice.
