Great service! Quick oil change. No appointment needed drive up and it takes about e0 -45 mins! Cant complain about that! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Even saw a guy traveling tha was very upset. I was in the market for a used or new car (depending on what was available). I would say I was very disapointed with this dealership. They were not willing to work with me on price and everything seemed what was available). I would say I was very disapointed with this dealership. They were not willing to work with me on price and everything seemed a little shady. Most dealerships I purchase cars from just have a better feel overall and the salespeople seem to care about the customers. It did not feel like this at all at this dealership. It seemed like they only cared about the money. I would say it is worth the drive out to Karl Chevrolet of Ankeny if you are in the market for a Chevy. Karl Chevy is a dealer that will not lie to you and who truly cares about you as a customer, plus it's only a 30 minute drive out there. I would definitely recommend you go there instead of George White Chevy. More
