Marcelo Ramirez helped us buy our 2017 Pacifica on January 27, 2021. Not quite 2 weeks after we bought it the battery went dead and we could not get it to jump start with our jump pack. Marcelo actually came to our house, got it jump started, and drove it to the dealership to have a new battery installed. While it was in for service he also had it vacuumed and washed, then drove it back to our house and dropped it back off. Great service from George White, but especially exceptional service from Marcelo! More
