I was looking to upgrade my vehicle for something bigger as my family is growing. I told Marcelo exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, price range, and payment I was wanting to stay within. He brought up different vehicles for me to test drive & look at that met my needs and most importantly the price range I was wanting. after not finding anything the first trip to George White, Marcelo was still in contact with me showing me different options that they were just getting on the lot as trade ins. He sent me the link to a Ford Explorer & I knew instantly that was the vehicle I wanted. After test driving the vehicle, i decided to move forward. Before running my credit, Marcelo created a sheet with all the numbers laid out in front of me so I could easily see and understand everything about my trade in value & the new payment.Marcelo is an over the top sales representative & can definitely find what anyone is looking for without rushing you, or calling you every single day, multiple times a day bothering you about vehicles. I really enjoyed that about George White, no pressure sales. I also worked with Steve from finance to get approved. He made this process so easy & was able to do most of it over the phone. Once I was approved, he called me and had everything ready the next day so I could just sign the paperwork. Quick & easy process. I will recommend this business to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I will be back to do business with Marcelo & Steve in the future.
