I pretty much purchased a van from Larry with only seeing it in the video and from pictures. Larry went over and above on this sale. He test drove it for me and discovered a noise in the rear. My husband was lucky enough to connect with Larry "Lars" Norem on the phone and he was responsive to all our questions and was willing to discuss a potential trade from a distance. After these conversations we felt comfortable enough to travel 4 hours to look at the vehicle. We found the car to be exactly as described. We enjoyed negotiating a bit and ended up making a great deal.
