I have been buying cars from George White for over 30 years and have never had a bad buying or service experience. Working with Tony and Todd when I bought the Renegade a few weeks ago was the same. They both know their jobs, and what is important to the customer, sometimes answering my questions before I asked them! Before I came to George White, buying a car had sometimes been a day-long ordeal and by the time I was finished, I was wondering if it was worth it all. The buying process at George White is streamlined but not hurried or rushed so that I feel confident when I leave with my vehicle and I’m moving into a new phase of my monthly budget. We have had the Renegade for nearly a month and are very pleased with it. Would I buy from George White again? You bet! More

love this place and usually get exceptional service. I did this time to but back in November I got my front breaks and rotors changed. They were not squeeking or grinding but close to needing changed an I did this time to but back in November I got my front breaks and rotors changed. Well when I went to pick up my vehicle they were squeaky and so I called them and was told they just needed to be broke in. Well here we are in March and they are squeezing so bad. I have been back several times and just keep getting told that's how new breaks are! No way! I paid almost 500 if not more. This should not be Happening! Dealership is saying that's how the new breaks are. Everywhere I go say I need different type of breaks and I was never given that option! I'm sorry but every can hear me coming a mile away and it's embarrassing and they all look and say change ur breaks lady! I did at George white and they say this is normal!
