Absolutely amazing! On Saturday I worked with Bill Emling to upgrade from a 2015 Trax to a 2017 Trax. Today, I went in to finalize paperwork and Bill was there with a smile on his face and let me know that Jim was still working on the financing. I was offered water and coffee multiple times. Jim Robishaw was huge in getting my financing completed. These two men treated me with respect and always kept me informed every stepnof the way. Bill has been our family salesman at Weber for years and cant imagine working with amyone else. Jim helped finamce my sons car in July 2017 and now mine. Great guy and a great addition for the Weber team. Appreciate them both more than will ever imagine. More
