Very Very Friendly employees , buying experiance not so good I was not happy with the finance process. I had to call my credit union to get a good rate and then tell the F&I manager what that rate was in order t I was not happy with the finance process. Had I not..I would have paid a higher rate, as we ended up using my credit union, when I asked what's the interest rate? I was told "Oh you will get a good rate" no that was not the question, then I was questioned.."What rate did they tell you?" Like I would make that up? No Sir I am the customer and I am the one who will ask the questions. I was not happy about the upsell of things like GAP insurance, I know its his job, but this is not my first rodeo and there is a better way to do it then he did. He kept giving me the monthly payment rather then the price as I had asked for the things like extended warranty. The monthly payment is not a big deal to me, Price and interest rates are my thing. He was polite. I hate this process of buying a car for these reasons, also not knowing if your really getting a good deal. We were offered the car cheaper the week before we bought it, but the offer was not there when we made up our mind to buy the car because of more interest in the car I was told. Just bad business and reaffirms my distrust in dealerships. Unfortunately the car I wanted was at your dealership so I had no choice but to buy from you. I will say everyone was polite. Also I gave my debit card to hold the car until the weekend. They ran my card through and debited my account within an hour of my call, that pissed me off too as I had not planned to put a down payment, I get you needed it to hold the car. In hindsight I wish I had just simply waited till the day I wanted the car and called to see if it was still there. Also twice I left a message for the salesman and twice he did not call me back. Was I expected to beg to buy a car? I guess that's better then a salesman burning up my phone. All of the above should have been my tip to go to the second choice I had in mind at another dealership. I hate this whole process of "wheeling and dealing" A friend of ours recommended a small town Chevy dealer he deals with and I should have bought a new car through them. He said there is none of this going on there and as a result the little dealer has more business then they can handle. I get your in business to make money, but this "smoke and mirrors" approach is the reason I will not recommend your dealership to friends and family. I was a office manager for a Chrysler dealer in Alabama for five years, I know how you all make money, I understand you need to make money, that does not change the fact I hate being deceived and tricked into something I do not want. Sad fact is I am sure it works on other customers, they do not care the extended warranty is 2000.00 and they may not need it considering they trade in every three years, as long as the payment is only 25.00 more a month they are good to go. I am not that customer, and why would I pay a higher interest rate for a car when I do not have to? We have excellent credit, I know why..remember I worked at a dealership. Anyway no thanks I will not be back. I may get my oil changed there, that is about it. I would like to say the man who showed us how to operate the car was exceptional!! Very very good. Everyone in the dealership is very very friendly., they all made us feel at home. Customer service in this department is an A++++ More

not happy at all I went in ready to buy. had my car picked out and was told that I would be out in an hour. I had to leave for work at 1pm. needless to say it was 5pm I went in ready to buy. had my car picked out and was told that I would be out in an hour. They knew I was leaving town the next morning and was poking around. Mark L called me the next morning asking me if we could come in and be out of there with.my car by noon. we were already near the Kentucky border. I asked for information on what final price and % rate would be and again the run around. I was told he could not tell me I had to come in . I have never had a more difficult time in my life.trying to purchase a vehicle. When I tried to call Glen from financing to see how things were going and email him he did not give me the common courtesy to answer or return my calls. I was workimg to get him everything he asked for. I was extremely disappointed in how bad the service went down after I gave my 5 star review. I still have not talked.to Glen and only received one email from him. it has been 8 days. so 2 or 3 days ago I told Mark L. i was not happy with the service and wanted to pick up my deposit. I will be Buying a New Ford next week. More
