We found our sons Ford Fusion online & went for a test drive later in the evening & Brad was more than happy to let us go for a drive & took the time afterward to explain all the options, screens & button functions on the car to our son. Everyone was friendly, helpful & accommodating through the entire buying experience. No high pressure sales! The car had a broken mirror & before I called to come over and put money down on the car, the part was already ordered. Good price on our trade in too.
