The smallest things make the biggest waves. If I wasn’t so aggravated with Weber Creve Couer (WCC), I would be speechless after working with Weber Columbia,Ill (WCI). After WCC dropped the ball If I wasn’t so aggravated with Weber Creve Couer (WCC), I would be speechless after working with Weber Columbia,Ill (WCI). After WCC dropped the ball (which I will go into more detail about on the WCC & WCI Facebook pages) I had to to travel to WCI to complete my purchase. There was a 3rd party involved in my purchase as this party was responsible for supplying my down payment. This 3rd party required certain documentation (e.g. copy of the bill of sale, copy of title & Missouri inspections) by a certain date prior to releasing a check for payment. Of course, I mentioned this several times. Now, back story, my previous car had died the week prior, I need a car for work and had been renting cars & taking Lyfts to get around since my prior vehicle was no longer operational. That is what prompted my car search. I found something I liked online & WCC brought my vehicle of choice from WCI, “sold” it to me & pulled my credit for financing to turn around say they cannot complete the sale nor inspect the vehicle since the car did not belong in their inventory. Further, due to inadequate communication with the 3rd party, non-communication with me by the WCC team and lack of an emissions/safety inspections, the documents to secure the down payment were NOT submitted in a timely manner. Yet, WCC had no problem repeatedly asking when I could bring in the check for down payment prior to telling me they can’t sell me the car. Needless to say, I was anxious, annoyed & frustrated at this lackluster service. I was transparent about my need for a car & the down payment I had secured & ready to pay. I honestly felt like the team I worked with couldn’t care less if or how I was inconvenienced. They simply told me to go over to Columbia to complete my sale. Long story short, after heading over to Columbia, Andrew Shoemaker was prompt, empathetic, responsive, professional and solution oriented. Moreover, out of this whole mess of a car sale, Andrew was the ONLY person who apologized to me for the inconvenience this had caused. He truly made my problem his problem. There is not a word in the English language that could express how grateful I am to have worked with Andrew. For an experience money can’t buy & to save on aggravation/frustration I would gladly make make that 30 minute trip back to Columbia again & again. Thank you, Keith & Andrew, for being so hospitable during a difficult time for me. The smallest things made the biggest wave. More

This was the first time I was able to pick exactly what I wanted even my favorite color; I am still in shock! I was very impressed with Mark; he is friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me into making a purchase I could not afford or unnecessary add ons. I will have this vehicle for a spell, in the future I will definitely return to George Weber! I highly recommend Mark and George Weber! More

Weber Chevrolet can't be beat I had heard of Weber Chevrolet for years in the STL area. Decided to check them out. Actually found a preowned truck online and inquired about it. I was Immediately contacted by my new friend Christal May with internet sales, but not in a high pressure way. I went in and as everything fell in place and we made the deal, I felt like I was becoming part of the Weber family. Sounds hokey but thats the way it is. I was buying a 5 yr old Certified Preowned truck and after my trade I spent less than $10,000 but I was treated like I was buying a $90,000 Corvette. Any car dealer will usually provide pretty good customer service, before and after the sale but these people are above and beyond any dealer experience I've had before. I'm a lifelong customer and friend now and will be pointing everyone I know to go check them out. More
