No gimmicks, no canned lines, plenty of dad jokes. Perfect. He showed us a path to drive that made sense, then hopped out and let us roll. We drove 2 cars and told him we were going to go crunch our own numbers and think. "No problem, happy to help. Here's my card. Let me know when you're ready!" No tactics to keep us there or pressure into something we didn't want. It took us an hour to decide, and when we came back, he was right there to help again. Within an hour, our paperwork was started and we were in with the money man working out our deal. The whole time, Bill kept us updated and introduced us to the other people at the dealership who would help us understand all the bells and whistles associated with our purchase. It was great!
