Richard was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had and making sure to review everything with me. Since I was purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, the car was no knowledgeable answering any questions I had and making sure to review everything with me. Since I was purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, the car was not ready to take home same day. Richard kept me up to date on status and the dealership made sure to quickly complete their inspections and detail my car. When I went to pick up my car... it beautifully shined like new!
