I bought the truck because of Max Wibberman. He was very kind and honest when I asked him a hundred questions. I will refer Max as often as I can, he was incredible at his job. The finance department (Chris) was very harsh and off putting at first. When I told him I couldn’t afford the payments he proposed he told me the dealer was ready to walk away from the deal. I don’t appreciate threats when trying to negotiate a new vehicle. I have purchased 10 Chevy trucks and have never had that happen before. He was much nicer after I said I would buy the truck and informed him my company was needing to buy more. Lisa in operations was so helpful and nice, I felt so comfortable talking with her and setting up my vehicle. She’s a great hire. Overall, you gained my business because of Max. I purchased a Chevrolet Silverado from Weber Columbia in March 2020. I had a great experience with the sales and finance team. However, at 30,000 miles, the transmission began to shudder. The truck was March 2020. I had a great experience with the sales and finance team. However, at 30,000 miles, the transmission began to shudder. The truck was under warranty at this time, so service “fixed” the shudder under warranty. At 50,000 miles the shudder came back. The truck was still covered under warranty so the shudder was “fixed” again. Now at 90,000 miles, the shudder is back and truck is no longer under warranty. When I called Weber to see if they would fix the shudder under warranty terms since they “fixed” it twice already, they said I would have to pay out of pocket. The fact that the truck needs three transmission repairs within 100,000 miles speaks to the low quality of the vehicle. Further, what is the purpose of paying extra for warranty when the solution is to provide a band aid until customers have to pay out of pocket? I suggest taking your business elsewhere. More
