We have used this dealer for 10 years. As my lease was up there has been zero customer service. I can't even get a call back. I have had to physically go into the dealer to get a response. I found a vehicle I liked online and reached out to the dealership to confirm the price and availability. Process started off well, dealership was responsive and communicative. After I "made a deal" with Paul Palermo he promised to send me the deal in writing so I can sign and give a deposit. He claimed he sent, when I called me back he told me "I will send it in 2 minutes" as he was with people. Then he stopped answering my calls texts or emails. I was able to reach Eric Rosenow, however he told me I needed to talk to Paul who will "call me right back" Overall, horrible experience. Glad I didn't make the two hour drive to go in person. Ultimately bought from another dealer the next week. More
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I received letters in the mail explaining that my vehicle's passenger side airbag has a recall on it. I have been calling George Wall Ford every other week for 2 months in the mail explaining that my vehicle's passenger side airbag has a recall on it. I have been calling George Wall Ford every other week for 2 months now. Each time I speak to someone, they tell me I will get a phone call back. I have NEVER received a phone call from them in the 2 months that I have been trying to get this issue fixed. I have spoken to several people in the service department and today I spoke to Denise twice. Denise explained at first that the service manager was in a meeting and would call me back shortly. I waited for 5 hours and did not receive a phone call. I then called back and spoke to Denise again who ASSURED me that I would get a phone call before the day was over. It is now past their closing time and I never received a phone call, yet again. God forbid something were to happen because of this faulty airbag, GEORGE WALL FORD would be responsible. It is absolutely horrendous customer service and I advise anyone looking to do business here to abruptly turn around and go elsewhere. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. More

Buyer Beware! Stay clear from this place horrible attitude and ZERO customer service. Worst dealership experience of my life. I would give 0 if possible went in to buy a King Ranch F250. I made it clear to the dealership that I specifically wanted that truck. This was the most difficult and unpleasant car purchase I have ever made. I would not have purchased a car from them but they had the color and interior package I wanted. I don't understand why they wasted my time showing this car to me. I was told they would phone me and let me know if it was available. Seeing still on the website, I now began the futile attempt to get information. Never have I tried to give someone money and was met with rudeness and dismissal. More
