Service. .. bought an extended warranty on tires and rims at time of car purchase. 1 yr later had an incident and required a new rim. And apparently 2 rims that do not match car. I'm still left in the wind.. also impossible to get a loaner car. I understand it's aftermarket service warranty, but shouldn't sell a product that doesn't meet customers basic needs. At this point I rated 1 star simply because couldn't go lower... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. More
Brought my 2017 Ford Escape to George Wall in May/June of 2023. The alarm would go off randomly. Told me it was a 'brake switch'. I asked why a brake switch would cause the alarm to go off randomly, they 2023. The alarm would go off randomly. Told me it was a 'brake switch'. I asked why a brake switch would cause the alarm to go off randomly, they assured me that was the issue. $400 later, the alarm goes off the first day back home. I bring it back, they say they witness it happen while they have it, but cannot figure it out because it is intermittent. I brought it to Ford because I figured Ford should be able to repair a Ford car. They keep it for days but never call me, I only get status when I call them. After weeks of no progress, they tell me they can 'try' two other things, one would cost $800 and the other would cost $1200. They could not guarantee either would fix it. I asked to apply the first $400 as a credit since I seemed to have gotten something 'fixed' that was not a problem. I did not have any issues with my brakes. The answer was no. I asked I were to choose one or both of the options and they did not work, would I get my money back. Of course, their answer was no. I took my car back. Bottom line, very frustrating, they were very willing to take my money without committing to fix the problem, very poor communication, Another fun fact, I was hearing another noise in the dashboard and I had pointed that out to them suggesting maybe it was related to the problem. When I tried to pick up the car, they wanted to charge me a second diagnostic fee of $100+ because they looked at that. You can't make this up. Never going back. I did not want to name any people from the dealership. I am sure they can look up the incident if they want to look into it. More
Had gotten my car returned to me after being serviced and the problem wasn't resolved. They will gladly hand your vehicle back to you as if everything is fine without double checking, and you will be back i the problem wasn't resolved. Good luck having a qualified service member get back to you on the phone because that isn't happening, you need to show up there first thing in the morning and take time out of your day. A lot of wasted time going back and forth with this dealership. Highly recommend nobody get their car serviced at George Wall Ford Lincoln. More

Working with him,in conjunction with sales associate Diane Estrella,and finance guy Arthur Kadi,I had-quite literally-the single best,and fastest,leasing experience I've had in decades. Diane's follow up from my initial call to delivery was spot on. Mr. Kadi's paperwork was completed with lightning speed,and humor.The exact truck I requested over the phone was waiting for me,color,options,just perfect. Everyone gave me their full and undivided respect and attention. The truck was spotless,full tank of gas,and the lease I signed was correct to the penny regarding the agreed to price. The service center is filled with false promises. Said our car would be ready day off, the next morning the latest. I work directly with Paul Palermo and we closed two separate deals in about 15 minutes. The service department is helpful with any questions I may have. I took two cross-country trips in the past two years and the Ford Edge and the Mustang took the mountains like billy goats and the flats like the Pony Express. The salesman are wonderfully helpful. Joe Celli can program my stereo in 30 seconds flat. If you don't feel in sync with the salesman you work with, ask for Paul. He will either take care of you himself or match you with a rep more attuned to the way you like to buy your cars. More
