Working with him,in conjunction with sales associate Diane Estrella,and finance guy Arthur Kadi,I had-quite literally-the single best,and fastest,leasing experience I've had in decades. Diane's follow up from my initial call to delivery was spot on. Mr. Kadi's paperwork was completed with lightning speed,and humor.The exact truck I requested over the phone was waiting for me,color,options,just perfect. Everyone gave me their full and undivided respect and attention. The truck was spotless,full tank of gas,and the lease I signed was correct to the penny regarding the agreed to price. The service center is filled with false promises. Said our car would be ready day off, the next morning the latest. I work directly with Paul Palermo and we closed two separate deals in about 15 minutes. The service department is helpful with any questions I may have. I took two cross-country trips in the past two years and the Ford Edge and the Mustang took the mountains like billy goats and the flats like the Pony Express. The salesman are wonderfully helpful. Joe Celli can program my stereo in 30 seconds flat. If you don't feel in sync with the salesman you work with, ask for Paul. He will either take care of you himself or match you with a rep more attuned to the way you like to buy your cars. More
OK, so I’m going to give George Wall Ford A 2 star review because of their inventory level at this time. Otherwise they’d get half of star. On September 21, 2022 I went to The dealership to look at one of four 2022 Ford F-350 STX’S, all of which were identical for the list Mrsp of $ 65,200.00, give or take a few hundred dollars. So after test driving the truck, and waiting around to see if they were going to charge gouge me with the marketable term “addendum”, I was told no from Paul the commercial manager I am told. So with limited time as I needed to get out of there, I left and told Rob the salesman that I would be back on Tuesday to close the deal. Well not wanting to let the deal slip through. I emailed the salesman to start the paperwork and possibly finish the deal over the phone ect. No reply, I thought great. So I called the next day and left a message for salesman to call me back. I got a text in stead. All good right? Well now they want a credit report prior to giving me a price and completing a sales worksheet. Nah, that’s not how I would like to purchase this vehicle and I was told the salesman needed to talk with Paul about it. Nothing further. But the good thing about text and email is, everything is time stamped and documented. Friday 9/23/22 I went in to try and finish the process. Again with the credit app. So I told them I needed a price to give to my credit union to buy the truck. After waiting an hour for Paul to do work sheet. ( What ever happened to the sales person working up the numbers and going back and forth to make me feel like I’m getting a deal). So now Rob came back from Paul with the sales sheet. Low and behold the price was now $68,000.00 plus tax, tags, doc fees. I went to ask Paul about the 3,000 over what was previously spoken about and he said that’s the price, you do like it? I said nope, ripped up the work sheet and left. Attitudes like this coming from a supposed professional representative of a corporation leave a lasting impression upon people. Word of mouth and reviews travel far and wide with the power of a key board. On a plus side, I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance. Sorry for brevity and please excuse any typos, I am writing from my I phone. worst place I've ever bought a vehicle in my life and have purchased a lot of vehicles I would not purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a CPO Lincoln from them and when it arrived it had $3300 of dama have purchased a lot of vehicles I would not purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a CPO Lincoln from them and when it arrived it had $3300 of damage on the vehicle they told me they would give me $1200 for the repair which I never received that wouldn't even cover half the repair. it took me weeks to even get a hold of anybody and nothing about it has been done. Do not buy from this dealer, total waste of time! ! I left a deposit on an Aviator early April, and was checking in regularly on the status. I was dealing with the Sales Managers Juan and Eric, probably talking with them twice a week and regularly verifying with them that the specific VIN was reserved in my name, to which they did confirm. I was told on May 13th that my car should come in no later than Monday May 16th. I called that Monday and was told nothing had come in. I noticed that on May 18th that my cars status on their inventory website went from in transit to in stock, so I called Eric and he told me that my car was not in and that it shows in stock when it is not. I then called on Friday, and spoke to Juan who tells me that my car had arrived Monday May 16th and was sold to someone else. I was obviously annoyed since I had been waiting over a month for this car, and was reassured that it was being held in my name, which obviously was not the case. He did not offer any type of apology, and was even rude when I was asking him how this could happen. He told me he would look further into the situation but never called me back. I then went in the next day and spoke to Eric, who also did not offer any apology and only said "I am not sure how this happened". He gave me my deposit back after trying to sell me a different car to which I was not interested. Bottom line, this place has zero customer service(the sales person that took my deposit never even returned 3 calls from me, so I had to go with the Sales Managers Juan and Eric), and they never even apologized for their mistake. I waited over a month thinking I had secured a car in a very difficult market and was very disappointed this dealership had wasted my time. Avoid at all costs!! More
We have used this dealer for 10 years. As my lease was up there has been zero customer service. I can't even get a call back. I have had to physically go into the dealer to get a response. He claimed he sent, when I called me back he told me "I will send it in 2 minutes" as he was with people. Then he stopped answering my calls texts or emails. I was able to reach Eric Rosenow, however he told me I needed to talk to Paul who will "call me right back" Overall, horrible experience. Glad I didn't make the two hour drive to go in person. Ultimately bought from another dealer the next week. More
