After leasing Jeeps for many years, I decided to give the Ford Edge a try, having gone on a road trip with friends and falling in love with the car. I had a great experience with George Wall Ford and its employee, John MacDonald. He didn't have a stereotypical 'salesman' personality, and was very kind and courteous. He concentrated his efforts on getting me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. This was my 6th leased car, and it was the best experience I've ever had with a salesperson. I definitely recommend John and George Wall Ford. More
From the momemt I contacted the internet department and spoke with Pete, and visited Kevin in the showroom, my experience was beyond my belief. I was treated like a "customer". This is a dealership that works for the customer. Honesty and intergrity aren't the norm when shopping for a new car, but these guys deliver that and more. They are "old school" when it comes to customer satisfaction, but "new school" in getting you information. If time is money, then time spent with them is money well spent. More
I have leased & purchased Ford vehicles for about 12 years now. This is the first time I purchased by leased vehicle. My original lease for my Ford 2007 Edge was through another dealership, not George years now. This is the first time I purchased by leased vehicle. My original lease for my Ford 2007 Edge was through another dealership, not George Wall. I decided to purchase my leased vehicle and found that this other dealership tacked on extra fees & refused to abide by my contract. I called 4 other dealerships & they all wanted to add in this extra, so called "buyout fee." Each dealer had jacked up my price by $500-750 over my contracted payoff price. Each of those dealers told me they were allowed to do that. I was so relieved to find Patty from George Wall Ford. She followed through on my contract price, not charging me more than the payout price & the customary fees. I feel they were honest & did the right thing by me, even though I did not originally lease my vehicle through them. They did a courtesy for me & they have earned a customer. I will use this dealership for future purchases and for the maintenance on my vehicle. They have shown they are honest and that they care about their customers. Thank you, Patty. More
I purchased my Lincoln Zephr and the sales people all worked together and when my saleman was busy when I came back to purchase the car another man took me for a test drive was very nice and than when I worked together and when my saleman was busy when I came back to purchase the car another man took me for a test drive was very nice and than when I came back the man who waited on me the first time I was there took care of me and there was no hassle. I enjoyed all the people I came in contact with that day. I also have had my car service 3 times so far for oil changes and maintenance and they too are nice. I have been able to get a loaner car when I only needed aa oil change because I had a doctors app't. that same day and it all went very smoothly. I would recomend them for all your needs.
