We worked initially with Pete, as our inquiry was through the internet channel and later with Kevin who closed the purchase. We had a number of starts and stops to the process as we were only interested in one model that needed to be traded in and we were undecided around how best to sell our present Escape Hybrid. Thoughout these chapters Pete and Kevin were very helpful and very price competitive.
