DON'T BUY HERE! Thursday,friday,saturday and 25 phone calls could get any information on new mkz , I tryed to renew my lease been a lincon customer for 2o years, called michelle marino the b d c manager, calls could get any information on new mkz , I tryed to renew my lease been a lincon customer for 2o years, called michelle marino the b d c manager, could give me any answers thu nigth, promised next day phone call with all the information requested( full disclosure on the lease which I am intitle to under nj dmv,michelle although polite didn't have the power or knowledge, her manager did PAUL PALERMO, of course michelle never called me and was until 5.30 next day I was able to get in touch with her to find out she couldn't get the information bc of PAUL PALERMO,was not till later that he called that he called,rude ,arrogant and if in shock that I needed a disclosure on the lease, after all he was a business man, called saturday 10x finally he picked up his phone acting like he was surprised @the questions of disclosure I needed, he was arrogant rude and from the way he answered me incompetent, gave the benefit of the doubt but I was leary about dealing with somebody so stupid ,rude,arrogant and incompetent,of course neither paul or michelle called me back.I live 7 miles from that dealership and being a veteran lease customer I basically needed a full disclosur such as msrp,sale price ,lease rebates,loyalty and fees before going to lease a car( this is something you are legally intitle to, there is too many hidden cost in a lease and an opportunity to get robbed if you are dealing with the likes of PAUl PALERMO and his misrepresention and predatory tactics) DON'T BUY A CAR HERE or go to this dealership or shake hands with any sales associate while PAUL PALERMO is at the helm you will walk away with 5fingers less. I ordered a Mustang in March and three months later I still didnt have a car. He gave me multiple stories even told me at one point that the car was built, 4 weeks later still no car. Since I soon realized not to believe a word this man told me I called Ford directly. Paul never processed my order correctly wich delayed my process for two months. I understand mistakes happen but this man was completely arrogant and rude. Ford themselves told me that it was the dealerships fault I finally asked for my money back and was able to deal with professionals elsewhere. Three days after getting my money back I had the car I wanted in my driveway. Do yourself a favor the last thing you want to do is buy a car from these people it would be quicker if you walked to factory and picked it up yourself More

They gave me a bid on the internet...then tried to sell me a lesser car, last years model for much more money!!! They told me they were going to deal on certain options...they actually tried to charge mor me a lesser car, last years model for much more money!!! They told me they were going to deal on certain options...they actually tried to charge more than the list price for those options telling me they could help a little. Beware of the things they tell you....then they financed the car at 1.5 percent more than the same bank was charging...I went to the bank the next day to ask about their rates and they verified the lower rate to me! I also wanted to leave my existing car there for a quote on some work, they wanted $190 dollars for evaluation and over $3,000 for the repairs...i took it to a local shop and they changed nothing for the inspection and the entire bill for fixing the car was $400.....beware of this dealership, and check everything they tell you. More

Was buying my first car, and saw a used car on the website. Had a family member who knew the ownership, set up an appointment. We are leasing currently a Ford Edge and a Ford Flex from George Wall. We had another Edge that just recently was lost in the Sandy storm. We have therefore had two purchase (lease) engagements with George Wall Ford and both times they were as good an experience as one could hope for when selecting and negotiating for a car. Kevin Karajz is 3 decades in car sales. He's knowledgeable because he is a car sales pro. Not a guy doing this as a second job or someone in between careers. He knows what he knows because he is seasoned and he knows what you as a customer need to know (or at least what we needed to know). What more can you ask for then that? The sales managers (Andy and Paul) are great guys too and they play their roles with class and care. They also do a great job of representing the interests of the dealership. I have no problem with the dealer making a living and staying in business. The Service Department headed up by Bill McVitty and our contact Cat Trembley are arguably the best examples of customer care professionals as you will ever meet. Along with the Loaner Car specialist, Lori Costello, they are a team of pros who understand that on service issues you want your appointment to be prompt; issues expressed clearly; remedies expressed in terms of "what" and "when" and they do this VERY well...and then you want to be functional with a loaner car so that your world doesn't stop because of your car. They get it! More
