Nice buying experience. I have purchased many cars over the years and I would have to say that this dealership and its people rates as the best so far. Kevin was the sales I have purchased many cars over the years and I would have to say that this dealership and its people rates as the best so far. Kevin was the sales person who greeted me and took me through the process very patiently showing me the car as well as the test drive. We negotiated a good deal along with the help of Matt. Kevin is relatively new there but he was very good answering all questions and concerns. I will definitely return when looking to make another purchase. More

I was a nervous buyer, being a young woman there by myself. I was treated with so much respect and literally everyone went out of their way to be supportive. Bob, Matt and Pat particularly helped me through the whole process and made my time there enjoyable. I did not start the car shopping process thinking that it would be easy, but they actually made it perfectly seamless, and I am thrilled with my new Ford Escape! I will absolutely be back there and recommedning friends to visit! More

Each time I was looking to l I had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager Matt Small at the dealership along with his team twice within 8 months. Each time I was looking to lease a new Ford Explorer, and came to the dealership with less than stellar credit. He was patient and understanding, and helped facilitate the lease of the perfect vehicle. It was so perfect in fact that I decided to let my wife keep it, putting me in the market again for a vehicle! I returned for the second Explorer within 8 months, and again was provided with an opportunity to drive away with the perfect vehicle. The staff was always professional, courteous and creative knowing my situation was a bit unique. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and in particular Matt based on my great experience here! Customer Comes First When I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Ahmed when I got the car home a friend of mine noticed a cigarette burn hole in the headliner on the drive When I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Ahmed when I got the car home a friend of mine noticed a cigarette burn hole in the headliner on the driver's side of the car. I contacted Ahmed and he told me to bring the car in and he would have his service guys take a look at it. The services guy did an excellent job fixing it and you can hardly notice that the cigarette hole is there. That is what makes George Wall a great car dealership. They go above and beyond to help their customers and keep them happy. Ahmed was also very helpful teaching me how to use the bluetooth in my car. Buying a car is a big decision and everyone at George Wall made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me into doing anything. If I decide to get another car in the future, I would highly consider going back to George Wall. Jonathan was also a pleasure to deal with and he made dealing with all of the finance stuff for the car as easy as possible for me. More
