I was in Branson on vacation he had it all ready for me when I got back. I cannot say enough about Gino or this dealership. Dishonest place and nothing but scam artists. Terrible place to buy a used car. My first car i bought we were there till about 10pm doing the deal and everyone was tired. The finance guy was whipp Terrible place to buy a used car. My first car i bought we were there till about 10pm doing the deal and everyone was tired. The finance guy was whipping through all the papers fast and having me sign them so we can close the deal quick and everyone get home. I noticed there was a warrenty for the car that they added without me knowing. When i asked he said "they said you would feel more comfortable buying the car if it had a warrenty so we are throwing a 3 year in for you." I thought that was cool. He also said it was pretty much a bumper to bumper he said, "If anything goes wrong within the next 3 years just bring it back and we will fix it". When i got my final papers i found out the warrenty was not thrown in, it was actually $1,600 on top of the car but would still keep it in my payment range so they were dishonest about that. Then i got a paper listing all of the things the warrenty doesnt cover so it wasnt a bumper to bumper like the finance guy implied....so i got scammed $1,600. Then i just went in a day ago to look at a truck and a guy named John Preston said he woukd take good care of me. I told him i didnt want any credit ran until i knew i was buying the truck and he said no problem. I also told him i was looking at trucks at the autopark. John told me he had to update my info in the system so i gave him everything he needed. Then while my 19month old son was messing with water bottles and distracting me. John slide a paper in front of me and said "sign at the bottom, this is just saying that i updated your info into our system." Come to find out because i wasnt paying full attention John didnt give me a paper to update my info into the system, it was actually a credit app that he filled out FOR me and then lied and said it was something else knowing i was distracted and signed it believing him and then he ran my credit anyway knowing i told him i didnt want to until i was for sure buying the truck. Long story short, I have been scammed twice at this location and will never return. I will also tell my friends and family and all of my co-workers at walmart to stay clear of this place. Eddie was a great salesman and very kind, but its people like John Preston that ruin a good dealership for the public. Apparently honesty and integrity doesnt sell enough cars these days. More
