WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! This dealership is struggling and wont be around long. Even my credit union said to run and that they will not loan any funds to anyone buying from this dealership. BUYER BEWARE. We bought a brand new truck and when it hit 4,900 miles it started popping and jumping like something was slipping. We were just outside of Harrison, AR and limped it back to Wood Chevrolet. We called Nunnally at 2:30 on 03/13 and they informed us we would have to wait til Monday to get a loaner vehicle because service was closed. The GM was there, going on test drives with customers, and he told the receptionist there was nothing he could do to help us. I asked her, so we are supposed to wait in Harrison til Monday even though we live in Bella Vista? The only other option was for us to pay for a rental car. They refused to help us after buying a $60,000 truck with them not even 4 months ago. We pulled up to Wood Chevrolet and they said they had the same policy but they were going to help us out because it wasn’t right to leave us stranded. Nunnally has lost our business completely and we will tell everyone we know how they treat their customers after the purchase is done. You should be embarrassed. More

After calling him to let him know, he asked me to come back in to make it right. Come to find out the ignition lock cylinder and ignition key were on recall. They took care of that recall plus other recalls for my make and model. I could not be happier with the friendliness of the entire service department. Thank you Rick. You just made things in this COVID 19 world, a litter easier for your now, new customer :) More

I'm a hurricane Harvey victim in Katy, Tx, and being 600 miles away didn't stop Jeremy from working hard for me. He was quick to respond to any and all questions.
