I came into service to have my oil changed and tires pressure checked. Carlos told me that I still had 48% oil life and that I did not need to have my oil changed yet. WOW! Most places would have not sa pressure checked. Carlos told me that I still had 48% oil life and that I did not need to have my oil changed yet. WOW! Most places would have not said anything and just changed my oil and charged me to do it even though it did not need to be done. He checked my tire pressure and sent me on my way after showing me how to look at my oil life monitor on my Equinox. Because of Carlos I was able to get all of my other errands done with plent of time to spare. More
