We had our truck's fuel injectors replaced while we were down on vacation all the way from Virginia! When I had to get a scheduled oil change, I called at 5p on Wednesday and got in Thursday morning. while I was making the reservation, Carlos Gil took all the information he needed so when I rolled in at 8a on Wednesday and got in Thursday morning. while I was making the reservation, Carlos Gil took all the information he needed so when I rolled in at 8am, my car was taken directly back for service. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I don't get this type service in any other business I have dealings with. Also, whenever I need any part or a friend needs parts, Carlos never puts me on hold or needs to call me back.
