They diagnosed the problem, laid out the repair options, and explained all the processes and requirements. The clutch had been faulty since I purchased the car (took time to realize that it was actually slipping), so the George Moore management went well over the extra mile to get Chevy to cover the costs. It was quite a shock to see such a major dealer, located in a large city, go that extra distance just for a clutch repair. I highly recommend the George Moore team to anyone in the Jacksonville area.
