We apologize, truly. Both of our Service Managers also attempted to express our apologies for the delay in getting your keys. We have a computerized key-security system for all of our customer keys to assure they are kept safe and have a method of tracking. Unfortunately due to human error, there was a typo that didn't allow us to quickly identify your keys. We apologize and are working to assure there no similar issues with others going forward. We sincerely apologize for the confusion when you dropped off your vehicle for service. Currently, all mechanical repairs have a 24-48 hours turnaround time based on volume and capacity. Our Service Consultants relay this to our guests before our customers drop off their vehicles. With the vehicle being dropped off Saturday morning and completed Monday afternoon, we did everything possible to move as quickly as possible. The recall was 100% completed per GM's specifications, as well as the other repair you requested. Your feedback is valuable to us and we appreciate it. At no point in my interactions, with your website and the service representative, was I informed of this 24 - 48 hr policy. Clearly, Matick does not believe me or only wants positive reviews to be visable to the public.
