Found a used pickup for sale online at this dealer. Asked many questions about truck via text and got wrong answers. Drove 4hrs from out of state to be completely disappointed. Was told no, truck was obviously smoked in when I sat in it. I asked if it had a short box bed length or a medium box bed length. Was told medium, when I got there it was short. I looked at other trucks on their lot and in surrounding area so I had a plan B after driving 4 hours. I did end up buying another truck from them the last weekend in January 2022. It is now March 12 and I still don’t have title work / plates from the truck I purchased. My paper plate expired on 2/28/2022. I went to my local BMV and asked for a new paper plate. I was told no title work could be seen in state system yet so I would have to get from dealer. Called Matick back and asked if they could overnight a new paper plate and was told my BMV would have to provide. I let him know I was literally told by my BMV five minutes before that Matick would have to provide. After 3 minutes of back peddling and him complaining about mail costs to get documents to their title processing vendor in Texas I was told that they were only waiting on one more document and I would have real plates that week. It’s now a week later and I have nothing. Salesmen has stopped responding to emails. Plate processing company they use in Texas will not respond to emails or return phone calls. So i’m stuck with a truck I can’t drive without risking getting a ticket for not being registered or plated. This dealership is really good at selling cars and could care less about holding up their end of the deal after the check hits their bank account. Still waiting for plate!!!! Service attendance was very rude! Misplace my car keys, and didn't treat me as a value customer. No receipt is a sign of confusion..I paid $320 for my services to my vehicle and they held me up looking for and didn't treat me as a value customer. I tried to give them another chance with the comeback coupons but I was very disappointed with the service attendance. More
DO NOT TRUST their service representatives. I drop my vehicle off for a recall and was told verbally that I should pick the vehicle up the next morning, even though on my service slip it indicated that c vehicle off for a recall and was told verbally that I should pick the vehicle up the next morning, even though on my service slip it indicated that car could have been picked up at the end of the drop off day. Service representative stated to just ignore that since it it never correct. When I arrived in the morning, after trying to call and not receiving an answer, I found that nothing had been done on the vehicle and now it is supposed to be ready at the end of today. I'm not holding onto to hope that the service will be completed. Service representative and manager both held to their side of the story, so I am now afraid that they won't actually complete the recall properly in retaliation More
