There must be a miscommunication here. We would never discriminate based on the location of one's home or financial institution they work with. After learning of a concern you were having with a website online, one of our Managers attempted to call you to further discuss and assist and left a message only to find you had since left this review. We wanted to assist you as best we could and coordinate with whatever credit union you use, however, we couldn't reduce the price of the vehicle as much as you desired and wouldn't allow us to work through whatever confusion there was about a location issue you perceived. We apologize if we couldn't help you more, but certainly not for lack of attempt.

I have an response from Rachael Bunting that said the dealership doesn't sell outside of Redmond because they recommend uninspected vehicles to be towed. My first offer, by the way, is the price of the Camaro currently. I contacted a "sales manager" by phone a week ago asking for a resolution with zero response until this one.

We appreciate feedback from all of our guests, and apologize that you felt you had a bad experience. The vehicle you saw was not prepared yet for sale, but we showed you the vehicle in advance of being detailed. While far from ideal, our Detail Team does wonders that may have changed your perception having seen it later after that was complete. That said, with any used car, we're subject to the condition as to which we receive it and balance the amount of money/work we put into the car and what we then charge for it to make it competitive within the market. We can completely understand your concern and focus on cost. We believe in providing real value to our customers and charge a diagnostic fee less than many of our competitors. Our fee of $149 is to diagnose and make an estimate toward repairs needed, after all, we want to make sure whatever is recommended is actually what is needed to fix a problem. Should the customer choose to perform those repairs with us we waive that $149 fee, just paying the cost of the repairs. If the customer declines the repairs, then yes, they are subject to the $149 which is the time and detail taken to identify any problems and concerns. We hope that helps clarify our diagnostic fee.
