But she listened and I appreciate that. She wrote down what I told her and got my car in right away. She kept me abreast of what was going on with the vehicle as it was being checked and repaired by the service man. She called my phone, she left text messages, and she even sent me emails--all in an effort to keep me aware of my car's repair status. I also appreciated that she offered me a great discount as my overall bill was massive. Secondly, I am so happy with the workmanship of your repair guys. They did a great job! All of the main areas of concern were fixed and my car runs a thousand times better. Marvelous! More

From start to finish, this was the smoothest experience I've had with leasing a new vehicle. I researched dealers here on dealer rater and chose Matick and specifically Erik. I used the chat function on the site and linked up with Tina who answered all my questions. Once I got deeper into the numbers she deferred to Erik. I came in with two trucks in mind. Erik was telling me the ZR2 is the one that I needed to look at. I gave him my wish list early on and was focused on another truck. When that one went pending before I got to the dealership, I took a look at the ZR2 and was blown away. I should have listened to Erik from the start, he had my back, even if the truck was slightly more expensive. We worked out the deal and set delivery for today. Erik was unable to meet today at the last minute, so Paul stepped in and helped close the deal. Courtney in Finance was awesome too. The experience for me and my wife was outstanding. Coming from Downriver, I passed up many dealerships and put my trust in Matick and I was not disappointed. If I had one criticism, it would be with the website and the chatbot feature. It was helpful when I needed it, but the harassing nature of it constantly popping up could be a turn off for some customers. More
