Mr. Medrano, We do see that a micro-paint refinish repair was performed on the liftgate back in April. We performed these micro-refinish repairs in lieu of the more costly and labor intensive full body repairs. We, obviously, believed that the repair wasn’t that significant and should have been able to corrected using these procedure. It appears that was incorrect. We are absolutely willing to re-inspect the vehicle and determine the best repair path. We will be contacting you via phone to make the arrangements. Thank you and we apologize for the poor communication.

Unfortunately, we are learning that the concerns you are addressing in this email were all brought up during the repair process. Your Insurance Company inspected them and denied these additional items deeming them as unrelated prior damage.
