The best experience ever! I must say, this was one of the BEST experiences that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I researched on-line first, selected my vehicle, rece I must say, this was one of the BEST experiences that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I researched on-line first, selected my vehicle, received a quote and a call all in one day. I went into the dealership and was welcomed as soon as i stepped through the doors. I was introduced to Martin and the wonderful experience continued from there. Martin asked questions and listened to what I wanted and what I also wanted to pay. It was close to closing time, so he submitted all my info, and came back with the numbers. I picked up my new Chevrolet Traverse the next morning. While they were prepping my new car, he took me on a tour of the very impressive service department and everyone welcomed me to the GM family. Best experience ever. Thank you Martin! More
Unhappy customer I came in on Friday to lease my wife a new vehicle. I have NEVER, had a more stressful, irritating and overall horrible experience getting a deal befo I came in on Friday to lease my wife a new vehicle. I have NEVER, had a more stressful, irritating and overall horrible experience getting a deal before in my life. My salesman was not very transparent about the workings of this deal at all. I was told that the lender wanted me to get someone to co-sign in order to seal the deal. This was fine with me, I called up my father to seal the deal. When we came in to close, I learned that they secured a deal adding him as a co-borrower instead. This was enough to boil my blood because my salesman did not ask me about this before moving forward. We were going to walk out of the dealership without the new vehicle and go somewhere else. However, the sales manager told us the a co-borrower and co-signer are now synonymous. I have since learned that this is not the TRUTH. How disappointing it is to be lied to just to get a deal. On top of the lies, I was told that they had put my father on the lease first for some financial reason that was unbeknownst to us. Then they told me that the bill would go to my father instead of me just because he was put before me. Even-though, i was paying for this vehicle and it was my car Then also, the car HAD to be registered with his address instead of mine. "Mr Ryans there is nothing we can do about this". It wasn't until I told them that I wanted my old car pulled to the front and all deals to be voided, that they actually tried to make sure that I was satisfied. Never once did anyone apologize or even acknowledge any inconvenience they caused. My salesman complained that these decisions were "above his pay grade ". He only acknowledged his incompetence and not my unhappiness! To make a long story short, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE I KNOW AS WELL. It is too bad that these reviews do not fall under one star. Giving them a star is like giving a passing grade to a dropout student!!! I'm waiting for someone to reach out to me in order to right some of these wrongs, but I will not hold my breath for long. D Ryans 2015 Equinox More

Service / Body Shop Experiences I have been going to Matick for a few years now and actually purchased my 2011 Chevy Equinox from them. Since I purchased my vehicle from them it seem I have been going to Matick for a few years now and actually purchased my 2011 Chevy Equinox from them. Since I purchased my vehicle from them it seemed logical to have it serviced there as well. My first oil change didn't go very well as the technician that worked on my car forgot to remove a seal from the new filter when he installed it which resulted in oil spraying all over the engine of my new vehicle. We only realized there was an issue when we smelled something burning and the engine started smoking. After a call to Matick they did clean the engine and reinstall the filter. I also had the service team at Matick replace the tires/rims on my Equinox after they were stolen. Part of that job was to install wheel locks to help prevent the tires/rims from being stolen again. After picking the Equinox up and getting back to my house I stopped to take a look at the new wheel locks and realized none of them (on all 4 tires) had been tightened at all. I was able to spin them off with my bare hands. Again I called Matick and they tightened them down after I made another trip back to the dealership the next day. My most recent interaction with Matick has not gone well and is still pending. I noticed a spot approximately 2 inches long on the rear hatch were the paint had peeled off and was beginning to rust. Not wanting the issue to get worse I called Matick and asked them if they could fix it. The repair was $250 which I thought was a little high but I wanted it fixed so I paid the $250 and they fixed the spot and it looked brand new. Two weeks later however the paint was gone in the exact same spot and the rust had returned. I called Matick and explained I had just had the work done and it was already rusted again and they informed me they don't guarantee any work that deals with rust (something that would have been helpful to know prior to spending the $250) but they would bring the vehicle back in and take a look at it. A few hours later I got a call from an employee at Matick informing me that the reason the paint was wearing off was because of my wife's wedding ring. I thought that was ridiculous but he said they would repaint the spot so I decided not to press the issue. I got the vehicle back and again the spot looked brand new but this time within a couple of days the paint had flaked off and the rust was back. Now frustrated I took the vehicle to another GM dealership to have them look at the problem area. Within a few minutes of looking at the spot he concluded that the technicians at Matick had not properly treated the rusted areas and simply painted over the rust and that was the reason the paint was flaking off so quickly. I called Matick to let them know that the spot had returned and that I needed it fixed properly this time and have been bounced around ever since. Anytime I get throug to someone they say they are going to pass my number on to a Manager and I never get a call back. Whenever I ask to speak with a Manager I am told that a Manager is not available but that one will call me back once they are available but I never get the call back. I need to get this issue corrected before the damage gets worse and since I can't get through to anyone over the phone I decided to try this forum to see if I can get any traction. More

Went in for a deal and got one without the headache My wife really needed a new vehicle and I saw a 2011 Equinox in their inventory that we both wanted. I went in to Matick Chevrolet looking for a deal My wife really needed a new vehicle and I saw a 2011 Equinox in their inventory that we both wanted. I went in to Matick Chevrolet looking for a deal that day, but did not want to go through the whole hassle that I have experienced with other dealers where they try to pull a fast one on you or hard sell you on additional services. The sales rep and manager exceeded my expectations. They were easy to negotiate with and didn't try to offer me anything I didn't ask for. Better yet when after I agreed to purchase the car I realized it was missing a spare set of keys (the new FOBs cost well over $100). Although they had no obligation to send me a second set - the deal had been signed - they went ahead and got me a spare set anyways. Overall I was very happy with my experience, friendly staff, truly no hassle, and good follow through customer service. More
Found a car online I liked, went to take a look and test drive it. Everyone at Matick Chevrolet was very friendly and professional, they took the time to answer every question I had, and I didn't feel press drive it. Everyone at Matick Chevrolet was very friendly and professional, they took the time to answer every question I had, and I didn't feel pressured in the least to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. When I went to pick the car up a couple days later, Clark went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right with the vehicle before I accepted delivery. Overall a very friendly, professional experience. I will go back to this dealership next time I'm in the market for a car, I would also recommend them to anyone looking. More
I brought my Cadillac Deville in to have a misfire diagnosed on Friday 8/30/13. I was contacted the next day by Darlese and informed that the technician diagnosed my vehicle and that I would need new diagnosed on Friday 8/30/13. I was contacted the next day by Darlese and informed that the technician diagnosed my vehicle and that I would need new spark plugs. I agreed to let him install the plugs. I was told that my car would not be ready that day, which I expected. They were closed Monday because of the holiday. I called Tuesday afternoon, to get an update on my vehicle. I was told that since Darlese was not at work i would have to call back the next day. NOBODY was able to help me. Wednesday arrives and my vehicle still is not repaired. They give me a loaner vehicle and insure me that it will be completed that day. The following day I receive a call from Darlese stating that I would need a new engine. HUH??? How did my service repair go from replacing spark plugs to replacing the engine overnight? She told me that the technician said had low compression in one of my cylinders. I then informed her that the technician, had he done his job correctly should have noticed that before replacing the plugs. She agreed and decided not to charge me for the spark plugs, but I still needed a new engine. I asked further questions trying to figure out how the technician came to that conclusion based off a compression test. She said he did not do any further testing and was unable to give me anymore answers. I go to pick up my vehicle and when I start up my car the engine sounds horrible, mind you my car ran silent when I brought it in. My engine sounds bad and the car cuts off. I'm thinking "what did they do to my car?" They agree to fix the problem and get it in the condition it was in when I brought it to them. I receive a call later from Darlese, informing me that the technician had forgot to hook up my ignition coil. I don't know if they were trying to scare me into purchasing a new engine or that the technician working on my vehicle is just that incompetent. I hope no damage was done from his error. An 8 cylinder vehicle operating on half an engine is not good. i also hope everything else s connected properly. Now I have to take my car to another mechanic for inspection to make sure the technician did not ruin anything. I went to pick up my car today. It sounded normal. I asked further questions about the compression test the technician had performed and found out the technician only tested one cylinder. WHAT??? To do a PROPER compression test, all cylinders need to be tested for an accurate reading. It sounds like this technician needs to go back to school. They want me to spend thousands of dollars based off atest that was not performed correctly. I trusted these guys. I had even purchased my wife's car earlier from them earlier this year. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN. I advise you to do the same unless it's warranty work. More
Went in looking at a Certified Used Traverse. Tim was very nice, hassle-free! Didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want/need. Best car buying experience yet. very nice, hassle-free! Didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want/need. Best car buying experience yet. More
Martin was friendly and accommodating; I knew exactly what I wanted and he got me in with a great deal and no hassle. He found me a loan at a great rate (much better than even my credit union would exte what I wanted and he got me in with a great deal and no hassle. He found me a loan at a great rate (much better than even my credit union would extend) and negotiated a very fair price on the car I wanted. I will definitely recommend Martin to all of my friends. It was fun to check-out Matick's extensive selection of vehicles while I was dealing with Martin. I'm sure they have wheels for every taste and budget. Check them out! More
